The Hermes Hotel Oldenburg offers a variety of light-filled conference rooms for up to 25 people.
Our basic conference technology is available free of charge for your event: This includes: screen, 2 pin boards, 1 flipchart and presentation case. We are happy to provide a projector on request.
As a breakfast hotel, we do not operate a restaurant in our hotel. It is therefore not possible for us to provide lunch. There are several good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel (e.g. Restaurant Secco am Hafen, Restaurant Schirrmann bei der DJH, Restaurant Glut & Wasser, OL’s Brauhaus), all of which we highly recommend. Combined with a short walk, this is a pleasant way to “recharge your batteries”.

Please note: Our house does not have air conditioning.

  • Cold drinks (water + soft drinks) without restriction

  • 2 coffee breaks at agreed times

Our hotel’s own car park is primarily reserved for guests staying overnight. Therefore, conference attendees (who are not staying overnight at our hotel) do NOT have access to parking spaces directly at the hotel. Affordable parking (subject to a charge) is available at the “Parkhaus am Hafen”, just a few minutes’ walk away, right next to the Cinemaxx cinema.
Due to the location, events can only be held during business hours.
